House policies
Move-in
Minimum 6-month stay. 1-month advance deposit required at move-in.
Notice period
30 days written notice required before vacating.
Guests
Female guests permitted in common areas until 10 PM. No overnight guests.
Curfew
Main gate closes at 11 PM. Late entry by prior arrangement with caretaker.
Dining
Buffet-style dining with an on-site chef. All food served hot or warm — dosas, South Indian classics, and more. Park view dine-in with high chairs. Dining hall attached to kitchen.
Payments
Rent due on the 1st of each month. 5-day grace period. Late fee applies thereafter.
